Accounting Specialist/Office Manager
with an international manufacturing company at their new startup facility in Greenville, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a sustainable manufacturer with a positive, team-oriented culture. $55,000 - $62,500 / year (depending on experience and education) This is direct hire position that is fully on-site (not hybrid or remote) Hours:
Full-time Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Requirements: Must have 4+ years of recent experience in a similar Accounting or Bookkeeping role Must have 3+ years of experience with
QuickBooks; Gusto
experience is a plus Must have
intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
(including formulas, macros, formatting for reports, etc.) Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently
and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with a startup company is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred Must currently be located in the Greenville/Upstate area of SC
and be able to commute to the I-85/Pelham Rd. area Position Summary: Responsible for general accounting duties, maintenance of the company’s financial records, and day-to-day office/administrative operations. Job Duties: Prepare and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, deposits, invoices, and reconciliations. Create and maintain accurate and organized financial records, including general ledger entries. Monitor budgets, track variances, and assist in developing/maintaining financial reports. Support payroll processing and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings, audits, and related financial processes. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Provide timely financial insights and reporting to leadership. Office Operations & Administration (50%): Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient work environment. Serve as a point of contact for office communications, scheduling, and general inquiries. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and technology support as needed. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office supply inventory. Support leadership with scheduling meetings/travel, documentation, and operational planning. Maintain accurate internal records, shared files, and procedural documentation. Assist with internal communications and organizing team activities. Support basic HR-related processes in collaboration with leadership and external consultants/vendors. Assist with benefits enrollment and coordination, new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and other HR processes. Seniority level
