Develop, communicate, and implement comprehensive category strategies to deliver on risk, quality, cost, and other value drivers.
Lead the development and execution of Request for Proposal (RFP) or bid processes, targeting savings based on specifications.
Partner with cross‑functional teams across the business.
Develop and continually update market intelligence on key suppliers and solutions.
Negotiate corporate programs with strategic suppliers and build new alliances.
Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans, and qualify alternative supply sources.
Provide performance feedback and facilitate corrective action plans in quarterly vendor reviews.
Act as a change agent to drive continuous sourcing transformation.
Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance.
Support procurement of electrical construction, assembly, and component sourcing.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years in a strategic sourcing role.
Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong background in electrical construction, assembly, and component sourcing.
Preferred additional experience includes:
Electrical construction, assembly, and component sourcing.
Travel: 10‑30% as required. Work schedule: 7 AM‑5 PM, Monday‑Friday.
