2025-2026 Cherokee County, GA – Cherokee Classical Academy seeks part‑time After School Program Assistants. The ASP Assistants monitor students and conduct the After School Program under the direction of the ASP Director. Candidates are expected to have high moral character and support the mission of the school.
The ASP Assistants create a structured, safe, and secure environment for students between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
Assist the ASP Coordinator in developing and implementing a structured program of activities for students who remain on campus after school.
Organize, monitor, and lead various student activities, including games, sports, quiet study time, and snack.
Oversee student behavior and discipline in a manner consistent with the school’s mission to develop students of character and virtue.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with elementary‑school aged students, preferably in a physical education setting or after‑school program.
About Cherokee Classical Academy Cherokee Classical Academy (CCA) is a tuition‑free public charter school set to launch in Cherokee County, GA. It will open for grades K‑6 in the 2025‑2026 school year and will continue to add a grade each year until reaching a full K‑12 configuration.
