The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for the implementation of warehouse operations for inventory for a major battery manufacturer, including budgeting, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing warehouse conditions, employee performance, and ad-hoc duties. Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits. Implement proper storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement. Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, repacking, shipping). Monitor productivity and set performance targets. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory. Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff. Create work schedules and assign tasks. Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment. Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a supervisory role preferred Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred Salary

$70,000-95,000 a year Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)
