About the Role We’re looking for a motivated French‑speaking Business Development Representative to join our EMEA team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to generate and qualify high‑quality opportunities across key target accounts in the region. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting—including cold calls, personalized emails, and video outreach—as well as qualifying inbound leads to build and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in driving growth and shaping our success in EMEA.
Full‑time, permanent position based out of our Dublin office. As a hybrid company, you are expected to come to the Dublin office at least 2 days per week and be available for occasional travel to events.

What You’ll Do
Outbound prospecting into commercial accounts.
Qualify inbound leads and prospects to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees from C‑Level to data analysts.
Build account plans with your Account Executive.
Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into the CRM, while utilizing other prospecting tools.
Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can aid their business insights.
Adhere to inbound and outbound KPIs and balance competing priorities.
Skills We’re Looking For
Experience qualifying inbound/outbound leads.
Professional working fluency in French.
Intrinsically motivated with a ‘get stuck in’ attitude.
Excellent in‑person, phone, written, and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients.
Highly curious with a passion for solving customer problems.
High drive and motivation, thriving in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
Able to convey technical principles conversationally.
Comfortable with daily, weekly, and monthly calls, email, and meeting targets.
Bonus Skills
Previous business development experience.
