Project Manager

to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end custom home projects in Broward County and the surrounding areas.

Position Summary

As Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of high-end residential construction—from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the level of excellence expected in luxury homebuilding. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate clients, architects, designers, and field teams seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

Manage all aspects of custom home projects from design development through completion.

Budget & Cost Control:

Develop, track, and manage project budgets; review invoices and change orders to ensure cost accuracy.

Scheduling:

Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, coordinating timelines with site operations and subcontractors.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the Site Superintendent, design professionals, engineers, and trades to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Client Relations:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, progress updates, and prompt issue resolution.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold exacting standards of craftsmanship, materials, and detailing in line with architectural intent.

Contracts & Documentation:

Administer contracts, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation accurately and efficiently.

Permitting & Compliance:

Coordinate with local jurisdictions to secure permits and ensure compliance with building codes and zoning requirements.

Risk & Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.

Reporting:

Deliver regular progress reports to senior leadership and maintain transparent communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum

7 years of experience

in residential construction, with

3+ years managing high-end custom home projects .

Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar custom home builds ( $5M–$10M+ ).

Strong knowledge of

luxury homebuilding standards , fine finishes, and complex architectural design coordination.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).

Strong understanding of

South Florida building codes , permitting, and inspection processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
