Our client is a well-known and highly respected fine dining restaurant seeking a dynamic
General Manager
to lead their team. This individual will be a creative problem solver with strong business acumen, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop front‑of‑house staff
Partner with the Chef on back‑of‑house logistics
Ensure outstanding service standards and memorable guest experiences
Manage COGs, inventory, labor, and overall operational efficiency
Qualifications & Expectations
Minimum 5 years in high‑volume fine dining operations, with front‑of‑house leadership experience
Background in restaurants with strong beverage programs; beverage management experience is a plus
Familiarity with structured systems from corporate dining while thriving in entrepreneurial, independent concepts
Strong appreciation for food, with ability to understand both back‑of‑the‑house and front‑of‑the‑house and collaborate seamlessly with the Chef
Outgoing, polished, and approachable; exceeds expectations and builds relationships as the “face” of the restaurant
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and committed to doing what it takes to deliver exceptional results
Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and expenses
Skilled in brand promotion, advertising, and leveraging social media
