This full‑time position provides front‑desk and student relations support in a beauty education environment, combining office skills with a passion for beauty. Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries. Respond to daily questions from prospective clients, students, alumni, and general customers. Meet students to handle documents, provide information, and distribute student kits. Check in students on their first day of in‑person class. Book, check in, and check out appointments for spa services. Assist customers with skin care product purchases and process transactions via the POS system. Collaborate with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Previous office experience preferred. Strong people skills and effective communication with students and the public. Proficient with MS Office, G Suite, and general clerical office methods. Customer‑service oriented. Conversational bilingual in English and Spanish. Job Details
