11/01/2024 Qualifications: Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a minimum of two years of successful experience in a related secretarial or office position working with students with disabilities, special education programs, and related services, including developing contracts, managing accounts receivable and payable, purchase orders, requisitions, vendor agreements, and invoices. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Demonstrate excellent secretarial skills, including accurate typing, organization, data collection and input, data management, information retrieval, and use of electronic databases. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, with proper grammar and vocabulary. Appropriate telephone etiquette with proper voice inflection. Ability to maintain confidentiality. High integrity, good moral character, and initiative. Enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community, including in difficult and emotional situations. Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable. Pending budget availability.
