We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families through evidence-based care that honors each person’s story and strengths. Position Overview We are seeking a
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
or
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
to join our collaborative, trauma-informed clinical team. This is a
1099 independent contractor position
with the flexibility of on-site and hybrid work options. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, emotional presence, and a commitment to holistic wellness. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse populations Utilize EMDR, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic tools as appropriate Offer psychoeducation and coaching to support clients’ personal growth and life transitions Optionally integrate body-based healing modalities such as yoga or movement therapies Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentation in our secure EMR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collegial environment Preferred Qualifications Active Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent (Required) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (Required) Specialized training or certification in
EMDR
and/or
DBT
(Preferred) Demonstrated experience in
trauma-focused care
and
mindfulness-based therapy Passion for holistic wellness and integrative approaches to mental health Additional experience in life coaching, yoga therapy, or natural healing practices is a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented setting Comfort with telehealth platforms and hybrid service delivery Ability to see ~20-30 clients per week What We Offer A warm, hygge-inspired therapeutic environment Competitive fee split and referral support Flexible scheduling and hybrid/remote options Opportunities for training, supervision, and growth in trauma and integrative modalities A values-driven team that prioritizes authenticity, wellness, and community care To Apply: Please submit a cover letter and resume to Kali and Tim Foster at info@northernwoodswellnessllc.com.
