Business Immigration Management
Manage both immigrant and non-immigrant visa lifecycle from inception through execution Support attorneys in obtaining and drafting a variety of business and family visa transactions, including H-1B, TN, E-3, PERM, I-140 and I-485s and other visa petitions. Track progress of visa applications at USCIS and DOL from initial filing to approval while continuously communicating progress to supervising attorney and external clients Communication
Communicate with business and support clients to understand objectives, review and prepare visa petitions and identify key issues to assist attorneys and internal stakeholders Support & Problem Solve
Under attorney supervision, respond to and resolve small issues and escalated client complaints Research
Under attorney supervision, research and respond to RFEs and immigration compliance Requirements
Associates Degree. (Bachelors degree preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience working as a corporate immigration paralegal in either a law firm or corporate setting Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,029.00 per year Benefits
