Meet Agency requirements for qualitative and quantitative contacts with clients, including conducting intake interviews, rendering diagnoses in accordance with DSM criteria, providing crisis intervention, and offering psychotherapy in various modalities (including group work). Provide telephone referrals, advocacy, case management and referrals to internal and external services as required to meet client needs. Meet Agency requirements for qualitative and quantitative documentation, including writing case notes, treatment plans, intake assessments, correspondence, termination summaries, and other required documentation. Ensure referrals are made to appropriate internal and external services, and follow up in a timely and professional manner to ensure high-quality service provision. Coordinate physical, medical and psychological needs for clients. Responsible for all administrative and clinical documentation associated with direct service clients; maintain casework records per regulatory guidelines. Complete and submit all documentation required for Agency reimbursement accurately and timely to ensure service delivery and fiscal viability. Participate in supervision and staff trainings, and contribute to planning and evaluation of individual work and Agency functioning. Provide and/or participate in trainings related to behavioral health services. Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work from a nationally accredited institution NYS LCSW license required Obtain NPI (LCSW) and Medicare Provider (LCSW) numbers immediately upon employment Must obtain and maintain licensure/certifications for which employee is eligible in NY State Excellent time management, organizational and computer skills; ability to evaluate and intervene in crisis situations; flexible; superior oral and written communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Available to travel to multiple locations within the five boroughs as needed Very well organized; computer literate with MS Word, Excel, Outlook Benefits
