K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with shifts in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This role focuses on delivering a high-end, welcoming experience for guests and their pet parents. Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment for our guests and wow our clients. Front-line response to guest needs, coordinating boarding accommodations and doggie daycare. Assist with feeding and medicating guests, one-on-one private play, and some cleaning duties. Back-end support for doggie daycare, bathing, cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting the resort. Qualifications
Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent required. Some weekend and holiday hours are required. Enthusiastic personality comfortable with selling. Positive, professional, and hardworking. Past experience in guest service, customer service (CSR), housekeeping/janitorial, kennel, dog grooming, or dog training. Experience as a vet assistant or veterinary technician is a plus (vet clinic, animal hospital, or shelter environment). Benefits
