Overview
A progressive, physician‑led Nephrology practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking dynamic and driven BE/BC Nephrologists to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a partner in one of the leading Nephrology groups in the nation and earn $850,000 per year.
Position Details
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule.
Outpatient clinic and ER/ICU rounding. Minimal call requirements.
Nationally recognized private Nephrology practice with over 70 physicians across 40 locations in the Phoenix and Tucson Metropolitan areas.
Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention.
Physician‑led practice allows for your voice to be heard.
In addition to a competitive base salary with production bonus, the group offers a partnership track which includes dialysis ownership and additional income and investment opportunities.
Partners are earning $850,000/year.
Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, $2,000 CME stipend, and 401k with 3% match.
