We are looking for full-time bilingual call center representatives to support projects for a wide variety of clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers, identify needs, and recognize opportunities to upsell products and services. Candidates should be natural problem solvers committed to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally Listen to and understand customer needs, resolve issues Fluent in English and Spanish Use systems and technology for account management Document and process claims accurately Follow scripts, policies, and procedures Use knowledge base and training to answer questions Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Escalate issues appropriately Aim for first call resolution Attend training and stay updated on program changes Adhere to schedule and attendance requirements Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Experience with data entry and computer use Fluent in English and Spanish High-speed internet (20Mbps+) Excellent communication skills Typing speed of 20+ WPM Ability to work scheduled shifts Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Reliable with good attendance Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Customer-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and self-manage Team-oriented and adaptable to change Preferred 1 year of customer service or related experience in a contact center Conditions of Employment Authorized to work in the country Willing to undergo background checks and drug screening Benefits Competitive compensation, paid time off, incentives, health benefits, retirement plans, disability and life insurance, career growth opportunities, paid training, and a supportive work environment.
