Part‑time Responsibilities
Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club; assist them with any questions or concerns as they check in. Help promote our Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies. Resolve member concerns and, as needed, elevate issues to a Manager. Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries. Perform membership‑related functions such as sign‑ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships. Carry out prospective member calls and tours; assess their membership needs. Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals. Maintain a clean, sanitized environment: regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, communal spaces, and your assigned area. Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free according to the routine cleaning schedule. Perform comprehensive walks of all club areas, promptly fixing safety or policy issues and addressing cleanliness concerns. Promptly address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken or missing equipment (e.g., dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures). Benefits

6‑12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred. Must be 18 years of age. Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness). Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift. Will occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals during shift. Background Check
This role is subject to successful completion of a background check, after offer acceptance. All background screens will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
