35,000 PESOS/MONTH About the Role: Gentask is hiring three full-time appointment setters to pre-qualify ERC (Employee Retention Credit) customers. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who excel in phone-based outreach and customer qualification. A script, dialer, and all necessary resources will be provided. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential ERC customers using the provided script. Pre-qualify leads based on specific criteria and document responses. Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team. Utilize the provided dialer for call management and tracking. Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in the system. Requirements: Must be available during EST. Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor. Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead qualification. Ability to follow scripts while engaging prospects naturally. Comfortable using dialer software and CRM tools. Highly organized, goal-driven, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Background in financial services, ERC, or related industries is a plus. Proven success in an outbound calling environment. Compensation & Terms: Full-time, remote position. All tools, scripts, and training provided. Hiring Process: Resume and voice recording submission. Initial screening call. Mock call evaluation during the client interview.
