You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Completing Intake forms Scheduling consultations with the Client Intake Specialist Performing conflict checks Maintaining accurate records in the conversion sheet Conducting Potential New Client follow-ups and SCRUB calls Reviewing intake leads from various sources Assisting with Welcome Packets Creating cases and invoices in the firm's management system Referring unqualified Potential New Clients to appropriate sources Tracking call metrics Performing 250 outbound calls a week Maintain a high show-up rate for scheduled calls Qualifications

Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Previous legal experience a plus Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Previous customer service or sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Must be high energy, enthusiastic, and empathetic Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Dependability, punctuality, and consistency are key character traits for success in this position Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate themselves well orally and in writing Must pay attention to detail and have a professional attitude Must manage time appropriately Spanish-speaking preferred Compensation

$18 - $22 hourly
