Job Description The
Office Assistant
will play a key role in maintaining a smooth and professional work environment by providing administrative and organizational support to the management and creative teams. Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management for internal teams.
Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.
Support HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Oversee office supplies and vendor relationships.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
