Factory Direct Renovations Group , a rapidly growing Home Improvement Company, is seeking Appointment Setters in Broward County, Florida. Customer service experience is essential, as the role involves interacting with clients over the phone to discuss products and secure sales leads and appointments. This is a fast-growing company with many opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities: Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners and adapt as needed Handle questions and objections from homeowners Gather and input homeowners' information, including contact details Schedule and confirm appointments with homeowners and sales representatives Make follow-up calls and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing product and service information Perform quality control calls and update lead information Requirements: Proficiency in computers, CRM, and customer service skills Experience in telemarketing, sales, or marketing; training provided for product knowledge Strong communication, persuasion, adaptability, resilience, and follow-up skills Compensation:

The average appointment setter earns between $480 and $700+ weekly, including hourly pay and commissions. Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with two Saturdays per month (day or afternoon hours available). Additional Details:
