Job Summary Coordinate, oversee, and perform a wide variety of administrative and program support for the Access & Testing office. Provide office and staff support services, manage special projects, supervise staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Coordinate department or unit activities, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting.
Assist with project development and planning.
Maintain files, records, and databases; manage electronic record keeping.
Provide confidential administrative support and correspondence.
Serve as primary point of contact and liaison with other offices and external agencies.
Assist in the coordination and supervision of special projects.
Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Supervise personnel as needed, including hiring recommendations and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Manage departmental budgets and requisitions.
Schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements; oversee testing accommodations and material handling.
Liaise with other departments and communicate with management on administrative matters.
Respond to inquiries regarding students with disabilities and testing.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree and five (5) years of related work experience.
Proposed Salary $17.61 per hour.
