You will supervise crews on high-profile commercial and industrial projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with all project requirements. Lead field crews in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) Plan, sequence, and schedule tasks for maximum efficiency and productivity Read and interpret construction drawings, ensuring adherence to specifications Monitor and enforce safety practices and company protocols at all times Conduct daily safety meetings and inspect job sites for hazards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work culture Anticipate jobsite challenges and implement proactive solutions Track progress, document job activities, and report to leadership regularly Travel to and manage field projects across regional locations as required Qualifications

Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience in steel erection, with strong PEMB experience Proven leadership of field crews on commercial/industrial projects Deep understanding of the PEMB erection process from foundation to completion Skilled at reading blueprints and technical specifications Excellent communicator, able to work with a wide range of personalities Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable with travel and extended stays on project sites High school diploma or GED required Valid driver\'s license required Benefits

Full-Time Monday-Friday, with regular overtime as required Location
