Lead and manage transformer technology improvement projects Coordinate cross-functional and multi-location project teams Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules Track financials and report deviations Ensure adherence to project methodology and internal standards Identify and mitigate risks with the R&D team Handle change requests and stakeholder communications Build strong relationships with local and global teams Your Background / Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or technical project management 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in R&D Experience with transformers and product development is a plus Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams About Hitachi Energy
