As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will research trends, apply Lean‑Six Sigma and other analytical tools to close process gaps, and partner with business leaders to deliver tangible results. Your responsibilities include: Lead small to medium complexity projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to sponsor satisfaction. Mitigate execution risk to achieve desired business outcomes. Research, analyze, and consult on complex performance data, championing organizational initiatives with stakeholders. Co‑coach leadership and project managers on Lean‑Six Sigma tools and methodology, and train sponsors to drive project execution. Qualifications

5‑7 years of directly related experience. Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification required. Advanced computer skills in Robotic Process Automation tools, UiPath Task Capture, UiPath Task Mining, UiPath Automation Hub, and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $85,000–$110,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
