Overview
Hiring for a Site Supervisor for our Mail Center in Tempe, AZ. This is a one person account dealing with incoming, shipping and delivering packages along with mail runs and copier, kitchen maintenance on a daily bases for three buildings. Must have a clean MVD to drive company vehicle and great customer service skills. Base pay range
$19.00/hr - $19.00/hr Location: Tempe, Arizona Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: $19.00 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, k, Paid Time Off, and Bonus Incentives! Responsibilities
Professionalism a plus Morning Kitchen checks with stocking supplies Inventory checks on kitchen supplies and copier supplies Deliver incoming packages and mail to 3 different building Mail runs three times a day in all three building on all floors using bar-code system Daily volume data input Place service calls on copiers, coffee machines and water machines as needed Daily communication with upper management from the site and corporate offices Other misc duties requested by clients on site Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional attention to detail Superb time management, privatization, problem solving, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proactive work ethic Ability to work independently Ability to walk, stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 50 lbs Understand office hospitality to keep kitchens stocked and neat IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
