Customer Service Representative

Elevaris Medical Devices . We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional with experience in customer account management, customer service, or inside sales. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring accurate order management and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records Review and process purchase orders in NetSuite Verify pricing, delivery dates, and provide order acknowledgements Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding orders Update customers on order and delivery status, escalating issues as needed Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, and Shipping teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment Provide necessary documentation such as certificates and proof of delivery Track orders and resolve discrepancies Coordinate shipping needs and support sales requests Support company revenue goals by ensuring timely order completion Maintain professional communication across all levels of the organization Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management; medical device experience is a plus Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office, especially Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with flexibility for occasional overtime Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree Experience with NetSuite This is a full-time, associate-level position in the Medical Equipment Manufacturing industry.
