Roofing Foreman. We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to oversee and manage roofing installation crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing installation and leadership experience across multiple roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing and standing seam roofs. This hands-on role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman will lead laborers and work with project managers to complete projects with autonomy and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise roofing installation crew on residential and commercial projects Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality control Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and training where needed Ensure all work complies with NYS Codes, company policies and OSHA safety standards Coordinate with project managers and other divisions to ensure timely project completion Perform site inspections, troubleshoot installation issues and sign off on completed work Track material usage, equipment needs, and report progress to management Travel across NYS for assigned projects (company vehicle provided) Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of roofing team leader or Foreman experience Skilled in asphalt shingles, metal roofing and standing seam systems Strong understanding of roof construction, flashing, waterproofing and installation techniques Demonstrated ability to manage crews and enforce quality workmanship Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Ability to travel to job sites across NYS What We Offer
