Diagnose growth and operational opportunities, propose hypotheses, and partner with Product, Marketing, Content, Finance, and Engineering to lead execution. Build scalable processes and dashboards to monitor performance and enable repeatable execution. Serve as a “utility player,” stepping into cross-functional projects, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment and momentum.
