About the Role The Work Order Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and policy adherence of work order data prior to closure. This position supports data integrity efforts by reviewing submitted work orders, identifying discrepancies, and communicating with relevant teams to resolve issues. The Analyst must correct all discrepancies that prohibit a complete and accurate work order before closing. This is a remote position with flexibility for candidates in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
What You'll Be Doing
Review and validate Tech Complete work orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
Audit work order data against defined requirements based on work order type, ensuring all fields are completed and accurate, labor records are correct, required attachments and vendor documentation are present, related inspections are completed and documented, and environmental sign‑off is complete when applicable.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and notate discrepancies for site correction.
Monitor the tracking system for new work orders requiring review.
Track re‑submitted work orders after site corrective action and audit against the original criteria again.
Place complete and accurate work orders in Work Complete status.
Identify and elevate recurring compliance failures to leadership for corrective action.
Consistently meet or exceed efficiency and accuracy targets, which serve as key performance indicators for this position.
Participate in periodic training and development sessions to enhance accuracy, improve process efficiency, and maintain alignment with evolving policies and procedures.
Typical Physical Demands Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 25-50 lbs.
Who We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or data entry experience
Relevant industry and leadership experience preferred
Audit experience is a plus
Strong data entry and documentation skills with high attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to effectively work within a decentralized, highly autonomous business model, collaborating as a team member and working independently
Highly motivated, efficient, and successful in a fast‑paced, data‑heavy environment
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
Existing Yardi knowledge is a bonus
Effective communication across multiple organizational levels
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Demonstrates ethics and integrity, with a clear understanding of and adherence to company values, the Code of Ethics, and policies
Active and valid Driver’s License
Pay Rate $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (USD)
*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
