Position Responsibilities Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments. Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service. Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards. Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations. Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback. 5+ years experience in operations or general management. Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience
