Delivery Leader for Advisory Services & Business Professional Recruiting Jr. Project Manager

Summary:

This role participates in the overall coordination of project management and delivery efforts. Works very closely with senior Project Managers to lead, coordinate and complete projects. This Project Coordinator role is an entry level position requiring the individual to have the aptitude to learn and to participate in the overall coordination of the portfolio's project management and delivery efforts. The team leads the colleague experience and change management functions for Commercial Banking. Additionally, the team executes on change readiness activities, and for M&A, responsible for both colleague and customer workstreams. They are responsible for preparing acquired banks and their colleagues – training, systems, system access, etc. and handle external marketing, communications, brand campaigns, retention outreach, client outreach, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work as part of a larger team to provide project administration and delivery of initiatives, while helping to ensure consistency with company strategy and goals.

Actively communicate with product/project and leadership team members. Gather and give updates, follow up on open items, elevate risks and issues, etc.

Update / maintain project and program information in the project management tool (Service Now PPM).

Participate in the analysis and review of project deliverables. Maintain project documentation and manage the approval process.

Aid in the management of project risk and issue management, decisions, action items, and change requests.

Work with Project and Program Managers to create and maintain administration of project schedules, to establish target dates and complete activities/deliverables under changing conditions.

Schedule and facilitate meetings.

Assist Product Managers and Directors with the compilation of various status updates and reports.

Assist Product and Directors as needed with various reporting, demand management, estimate gathering, continuous planning, and resource management efforts.

Lead small enhancement efforts and projects (as experience grows).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Strong Professional Experience in project management methodology and practices

Must work EST hours, ideally in Columbus, OH, or driving distance of Cbus for periodic onsite meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

Highly motivated and detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem‑solving skills.

High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with team members and business partners and establish effective working relationships (teamwork and collaboration).

Strong sense of accountability, focused execution, commitment to quality, and continuous improvement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain project risks and issues, and concepts clearly and concisely.

Ability to learn new concepts quickly and to effectively take direction.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of flexibility.

Ability to handle multiple priorities utilizing strong time management skills.

Aptitude in both business and technology, with the ability to draw conclusions based on correlating data.

Scholastic understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum) and project management processes and standards.

Experience creating and tracking project schedules in MS Project (or similar tool)
