Our client is the Northeast’s premier manufacturing partner for OEMs and product manufacturers, providing critical supply chain solutions across multiple markets. We are seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

to support our Aluminum Extrusion Manufacturing Operations. Franklin, NH Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay Rate: $45-55/hr or above based on experience Shift differentials (15% for 3rd Shift) Key Details

1st Shift: 7am-3pm (Monday-Friday) 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Monday-Friday) Key Responsibilities

Independently troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild complex production equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) Install and troubleshoot AC/DC circuits and PLCs; program and maintain AC drives and HMI panels Perform preventive maintenance and collaborate on equipment improvements Test, calibrate, and repair instruments; maintain work records Support production efficiency and team-based continuous improvement Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3+ years’ relevant experience (advanced PLC certification a plus); OR 7+ years’ industrial experience with electrical/PLC focus Own trade tools; strong skills in AC/DC circuits, PLCs, mechanical systems, and instrumentation Team player with effective communication; adherence to safety, quality, and attendance expectations Proficient with schematics, computer use, machine tools, and measuring devices Strong work ethic, math, and mechanical ability Ready to join?
