Pay varies by position and is based on multiple factors including labor market data and may include education, work experience, knowledge, skills, and/or certifications. Sportech’s reasonable and good-faith estimate for new hire compensation at posting is $27.00 - $31.00 per hour, which includes a $22.00 - $26.00 base hourly rate plus a $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential. Pay may also include overtime, shift differentials for specific shifts, and/or bonus targets (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Job Summary

The Quality Inspector performs audits, inspection, test, and measurement duties on standard products and processes to ensure conformance to product requirements. Coaches Sportech personnel in aspects of product quality within the Sportech Management System (SMS). The Quality Inspector may recommend process or improvement changes with various departments, including Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Essential Job Functions

Performs basic visual and mechanical inspection of product and components per documented procedures, specifications, drawings, or generally accepted good manufacturing practices, using measuring equipment (e.g., caliper, micrometer, tape measures, color standards). Performs hourly in-process inspections to ensure product integrity and standards are met. Controls, monitors, and quarantines non-conformant product and materials. Inputs data into the computer system for data collection purposes to identify trends in production. Understands the requirements of the Quality System, including best documentation practices, quality standards, and basic ISO requirements. Participates in continuous improvement, lean or Kaizen initiatives and activities. Identifies cases for documented Preventive Action/Corrective Action and uses the processes for continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Reliable, motivated self-starter with an aptitude for development. Working knowledge of inspection techniques and instruments, quality control terminology, and competency in ISO 9001:2015 Standards and/or other quality programs. Experience with thermoforming, CNC routing, drape forming, assembly and screen-printing processes preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
