Base Pay $120,000 – $140,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end M&A and investment processes, including opportunity evaluation, valuation, diligence, and deal execution.

Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies, accretion/dilution).

Prepare investment memos and strategic presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Monitor M&A activity, industry trends, competitive environment, and peer earnings to inform strategic planning and investment theses.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess strategic opportunities and build relationships with emerging and established companies.

Assist in negotiating key transaction terms and reviewing definitive documentation.

Maintain internal trackers for deal pipeline, competitive intelligence, and valuation comps.

Work closely with Executive, Finance, and Business Unit leadership on inorganic strategy formulation, deal sourcing, financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, and execution.

Help identify and assess strategic opportunities and build relationships with emerging and established companies.

Communicate effectively one-on-one with functional colleagues and internal clients, and in group settings.

Deliver successfully on multiple initiatives in a highly dynamic environment while remaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in investment banking (preferably M&A or tech), private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.

Strong expertise in financial modeling and strategic analysis in transactional environments.

Exceptional communication skills—verbal and written—with ability to distill complex ideas into clear insights.

High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment.

A collaborative and proactive mindset; thrives in lean, fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SensorTower, FactSet, PitchBook, or Tableau is a plus.

Interest or experience in consumer internet, technology/media, or mobile app sectors is highly preferred.

Willingness to travel and ability to manage shifting priorities as needed.
