Painting LogistiQ, a Division of LEWCO, product via powdered paint using an airless spray gun and loading and unloading of powder coat oven line. Able to maintain equipment and make adjustments as needed to ensure a quality product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Understand all paint equipment including powder oven and liquid paint equipment Can troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment Mask off and paint large pieces of equipment Fitted with a respirator and can perform all duties associated with wearing this equipment Ability to work independently with little direction Ability to follow procedures / processes Load and unload Powder Coat Line Organize paperwork and ensure proper Identification of product Proper wanding of jobs Work safely, injury free Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities
None Qualifications
Able to pass math & measurement assessment Able to read tape measure to 1/16 inch Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of powder coat experience, including basic understanding of powder coat oven operation and airless spray gun usage, preferred Language Skills
Must have basic reading and writing skills in the English language. Mathematical Skills
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Able to convert decimals to fractions and fractions to decimals Computer Skills
Basic data entry skills including how to print documents Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Employee will be exposed to materials that have SDS sheets but are not life threatening. Employee will be required to be fitted and wear a respirator as required. Employee will be required to wear dust mask while in the powder coat spray booth. Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Seniority level
