Assistant Store Manager Supervisor Job Summary:

Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, develop staff, foster positivity, set goals, provide feedback. Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of service, address needs, resolve issues. Sales & Performance: Drive sales, manage merchandise, implement promotional strategies. Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, store maintenance, compliance. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, analyze sales data. Marketing & Community Engagement: Local marketing, community relations. Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay industry-current, identify improvements, implement solutions. Qualifications:
Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar, with sales and team management success. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational skills. Passion for customer service and memorable shopping experiences. Analytical skills for sales data, budgeting, decision-making. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays. Proficiency in retail software and basic computer skills. Minimum Requirements:
Open availability, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, holidays. Minimum 5-day work week, approximately 44 hours, increased during peak periods. Reliable transportation, clear English communication, ability to read/write and perform basic math. Physical Demands:
Prolonged standing, lifting 5-25 lbs, climbing ladders, reaching, stooping, kneeling. Work environment is moderately noisy. Education:
High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred. Compensation:
Assistant Manager: $19.00 - $21.00/hr + bonuses; Supervisor: $18.27 - $19.00/hr. Full-time roles include health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and more. EEO Statement:
