Overview

Regional Property Manager, Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield. The Multifamily Regional Property Manager is responsible for the business plan execution for an assigned portfolio of properties, with a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on management. Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact related to all property items with the owner's representative in the manner the client prefers. Understand and communicate terms of the Property Management Agreement. Review and approve all property purchases with complete adherence to the expense budget. Partner with the Marketing team to develop marketing budgets and plans and monitor ad effectiveness and spend. Engage in revenue management pricing, including attendance at all pricing calls with the Revenue Management team. Review resident and mystery shop survey results and create action plans for team members who do not meet minimum requirements. Oversee marketing activities such as reviewing market comps and economic information, weekly lead and follow-up reports, and screening results and metrics. Assist with RFP responses and participate in pitches. Demonstrate knowledge of property-specific front-end technology and ensure staff utilize systems as intended. Oversee property risk management, safety standards, and team member and resident liability; work with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure timely rent-ready status. Competencies

Ability to perform all essential functions satisfactorily. Experience working with financials and budgets; strong general office, bookkeeping, and sales skills. Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM preferred; real estate license preferred (required in some markets). Ability to extract data from systems-driven reporting and communicate financial terms to stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required. 3+ years of Multifamily Regional Property Manager experience. 5+ years of Multi-Site Multifamily Property Manager experience. Yardi experience. Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. Regularly required to travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical Demands

May require standing and walking for extended periods, ascending/descending stairs, ladders, or step stools, and traveling between buildings. May require sitting or standing for up to 85% of the time. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time and to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally or frequently as needed. Other Duties

The compensation offered will depend on factors such as geographic location, market pay rates, experience, and qualifications.
