We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team as a 1099 employee! Responsibilities include completing work orders, property upkeep and other required tasks. All of our properties are within a 20 mile radius of one another between Lower Greenville area into University Park. There is also flexibility on scheduling throughout the week depending on how demanding our property upkeep and work orders are. This will not be a full 40 hr a week job for most of the year, but we need someone who can and will be available to us Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm and sometimes until 7pm depending on how much it will take to finish a work order.

Responsibilities

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Estimate time and extent of repairs

Communicate the progress of work order status to Property Manager daily

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications

Previous experience in maintenance and home repairs

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented

Knowledge in basic Electrical and Plumbing and HVAC

Fluent in English and has good communication skills
