Handle all incoming internet and phone calls to schedule appointments.
Work with internet leads to set appointments for potential clients.
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
Deliver inquiries/messages to other service personnel and departments promptly.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑motivation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Drive to hit sales quotas and goals.
