is recruiting an experienced, travel‑focused General Manager to support his growing restaurant empire. The Mina Group operates over 40 fine dining concepts across the United States, partnering with industry leaders such as Four Seasons, MGM, JW Marriott, and Regent Hotels. Our mission is to elevate hospitality by delivering unique, memorable experiences to guests and empowering staff.
Position Summary Responsible for providing management coverage at all restaurants during staffing shortages or management transitions. Coordinate, supervise, train, and assist in all operational areas during new restaurant openings and at existing Mina Group restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.
Ideal Candidate A detail‑oriented hospitality leader who mentors the dining room, adapts quickly to change, and delivers exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high professional standards. Must possess strong financial acumen, expertise in service, an impeccable eye for detail, and the ability to execute the standards of a 2‑star Michelin establishment. Proven track record of driving revenue, enhancing team engagement and retention, and developing effective systems is required.

Desire to teach and mentor staff and interns
Basic Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in fine dining high‑volume restaurants, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Hospitality degree preferred
Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
Stamina to work over 40 hours per week
Travel Extensive travel is required, including periods at or near Mina Group restaurants for coverage, transitions, and openings. Travel expectations are subject to discretion by Mina Group.
Timeframe & Initiative The Restaurant Excellence Team (REX) offers full training in Mina Group standard operating procedures, systems, and concepts across multiple locations, with the goal of placing a REX member into a full‑time leadership position within 12–18 months of hire.
Salary Base range: $90,000–$100,000; potential for $110,000–$130,000 after transition to a portfolio property.
