This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Bradenton, FL for a Business Development Representative. This is a relationship-first role with a lot of variety and opportunity to make an impact. You’ll spend your time:

Meeting with business owners and decision-makers in person or in virtual meetings

Attending local networking and business groups to build visibility and connections

Working qualified leads from our lead-gen partner and nurturing them into opportunities

Visiting local businesses to introduce our company and start new conversations

Building trust and maintaining relationships with current clients to support retention and growth

Partnering with our internal team to deliver proposals and close deals

Tracking your progress in our CRM and participating in team sales meetings

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll directly contribute to our expansion and future success.

What You’re Looking For

A motivated, outgoing, and confident communicator

1–3 years in B2B sales, relationship management, or client-facing roles

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people

Professional, polished, and comfortable presenting to business leaders

Organized and self-directed with solid follow-up habits

Experience in technology or IT services is a plus, but not required

Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful, but we’ll train the right person

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
