Responsibilities
As a Financial Performance Analyst, monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to support the financial success of healthcare organizations.
Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to proactively manage customers\' finances.
Take ownership of customer relationships early on and lead discussions with, and impact the decision making of, healthcare executives.
Isolate potential financial risks for customers and communicate those risks effectively, using numerical analysis of revenue cycle factors.
Apply analytical skills to evaluate and analyze financial concerns and contribute to transformation in the healthcare industry.
Location & Relocation Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed. Madison is described as a city with rising tech talent and various accolades.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success
Work experience in a Finance-related field is preferred
Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL
Ability to assess the accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts
Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
