This role involves partnering with our brands & corporate functions globally to drive value across non-merchandise categories, establishing procurement strategies aligned with business goals, optimizing purchasing power, building vendor relationships, and managing contracts. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies for marketing categories, ensuring targeted savings and value creation. Promote competitive bidding and advanced sourcing strategies. Create and implement insight-driven category strategies and roadmaps. Partner with global category managers to deliver high value aligned with business priorities. Leverage procurement technologies for analytics, sourcing, and process streamlining. Build strategic relationships across functions and with external suppliers. Influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive innovative solutions. Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement, especially in marketing categories. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder influence skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects. Expertise in retail fashion and marketing sourcing. Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred. Certifications like Six Sigma or CPSM are a plus. Benefits
