Holt CAT in Little Elm, Texas is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment-Shop Service Technician. This position is responsible for providing high-quality repair services on heavy equipment in a shop environment, responding to customer needs positively, and ensuring maximum value for work performed. Must have 3 years of experience with heavy construction equipment. The hours are Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have:
Ability to troubleshoot and perform complex repairs on pumps, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems.
At least 3 years of troubleshooting and repair experience with heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, loaders, excavators, etc.
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment using electronic and manual tools.
Experience with Tier 4 Final Emissions Systems and Exhaust Gas Recirculation Systems.
Proper documentation of work orders.
GED or High School Diploma preferred; Diesel Tech Schooling highly desired.
Steady employment history and a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain a forklift license.
Physical ability to reach, bend, walk, lift 50 pounds multiple times daily, and stand for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail, attendance, and efficiency.
Own tools are required.
Additional Information: Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, with a high energy level and limited supervision.
