Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Job Description As a Remote P6 Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion. This position will represent the GC on federal design‑build construction projects. Prior experience building schedules for USACE projects is required for serious consideration. Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain CPM construction schedules using Primavera P6.

Work closely with architects, designers, and owners to ensure project schedules align.

Support project teams in the preparation, management, and tracking of RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.

Prepare and distribute schedule updates, schedule analyses, and other deliverables to project teams.

Facilitate weekly progress update meetings and prepare 3‑week lookaheads.

Maintain lookahead schedules and identify any missing items for progress tracking.

Analyze performance against established baseline schedules and provide recommendations.

Monitor established milestone dates to track overall project progress and ensure adherence to completion dates.

Assist with delay assessment and feasibility of schedule as provided.

Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) to review schedules, provide recommendations for project recovery, and present findings to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.

3+ years of scheduling experience utilizing P6 on federal construction projects.

Skills

Proficiency in traditional scheduling software utilizing Critical Path Method (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and typical construction sequences.

Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and specifications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project management, superintendents, and project executives.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently, resolve issues proactively, and meet deadlines.
