Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, driving efficiency in store processes. Assistant managers leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to bring their best selves daily and have the opportunity to grow into future leaders.
