Paid Media Strategist (Remote US) - Future Opening Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies, focused on delivering paid media, SEO, creative, and video solutions that drive SQLs and customers.

This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key member of the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Strategist works directly with enterprise SaaS clients to design, implement, and optimize high‑performing paid media strategies. You will gain experience creating campaigns that hit SQL targets for enterprise businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of paid media accounts.

Serve as direct support to client contacts.

Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements.

Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network.

Build strategies for clients each quarter.

Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across multiple paid media channels.

Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.

Confirm lead routing accurately within a CRM.

Understand the value of programmatic campaigns.

Maintain personal productivity and utilization.

Work with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved.

Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

What You Offer

3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.

Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.

Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.

Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.

Ability to drive results and measure via OCT.

Proven and measurable success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.

A unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS.

Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.

Competitive, curious, and a true problem‑solver.

Continuous learning mindset and passion for industry trends.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi‑project management skills.

Quality‑obsessed with a passion for advertising excellence.

Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client, or as needed.

What We Offer

Salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 USD (annual base) with potential for bonus eligibility.

Full‑time remote‑first position with option to work from the Irvine, California office.
