As an Applebee's Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest and staff experiences. You should be a team leader, problem solver, and capable of handling stress effectively. You will work hard and enjoy the process! Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure timely, friendly service according to company guidelines. Foster a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values. Address guest complaints promptly and effectively. Engage with guests through regular table visits. Manage inventory levels and ensure product quality. Schedule staff to meet sales demands. Maintain safety, security, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Report maintenance needs and promote quality recruitment. Train and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Control departmental costs and manage inventories. Prepare and submit daily paperwork accurately. Work in all restaurant positions as needed. Utilize the Management Development Program for growth. Education and Experience
2-3 years restaurant management experience. Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications are a plus. Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $20.98 to $27.27, approximately $60,000 to $78,000 annually, plus potential bonuses. Physical Standards
Work various shifts, including weekends. Stand and move for up to 10 hours. Lift up to 50 pounds. Read, write, and use small tools and equipment. For more details, visit Flynn's
