In this role, you will have the opportunity to deploy and lead the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by leading programs and projects to improve and sustain local business performance. The work model for the role is: Hybrid (must be in Houston, TX). This role contributes to the Process Automation Energy Industries in the United States Local Division. Main stakeholders are Operations/Sales and Finance. You will be mainly accountable for:
Identifying and removing roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing cases of conflicting priorities.
Promoting and leading improvement programs and projects within your area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach.
Leading a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement within the local organization.
Providing guidance and support to disseminate a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at the local level.

Qualifications Highly skilled in end-to-end process improvement, change management, and rolling out new best practices in the Energy Industry market.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, operational excellence, process improvements, and implementing projects.
Leadership experience or background as a role model with initiative in driving automation, tools and technology.
Experience with SAP, Black Belt certification, Microsoft Project Planning, Project Management, and SQL.
Critical thinking, analytical, organized, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to influence change.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
Extensive knowledge of end-to-end process improvements in project-based, manufacturing or service settings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
