Senior Associate - Technology Analyst

We are seeking a Technology Analyst to support the Field Productivity Value Stream. This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable technology requirements, proposing and negotiating tradeoffs when necessary to ensure tech feasibility and analyzing data to inform decisions.
The Analyst takes ownership of the execution and delivery of features and products, ensuring smooth handoffs and outcomes across the delivery lifecycle in partnership with engineering and QA teams. By proactively identifying and filling gaps, this role enables developers and engineers to build efficiently, ensuring that high-quality products are shipped on time and drive measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for agile delivery. Partner with dev, QA, and architects to ensure feasibility, test coverage, and high-quality delivery. Take ownership of execution by actively resolving requirement gaps, clarifying ambiguities, and ensuring developers have what they need to move quickly. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness with clear priorities and requirement detail. Drive accountability for delivery outcomes, not just requirement handoff. Facilitate workshops, interviews, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication
Act as liaison between business product managers, developers, and cross-technology teams. Clearly communicate requirements, decisions, and analysis to technical and business partners. Provide actionable insights and updates to influence product and delivery decisions. Serve as a bridge during execution, ensuring no gaps between strategy, requirements, and delivery. System Implementation & Support
Validate solution design aligns with business needs during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Provide post-implementation support and help in user training and documentation. What You’ll Bring
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technology Analyst or Business Operations role, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all stakeholders. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—capable of explaining complex systems in plain English. Experience with Agile methodologies, PI planning, story writing, backlog grooming, sprint planning and execution.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in collaboration tools like Microsoft Excel, Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart. Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce experience cloud, integration technologies such as MuleSoft and Informatica. Experience with Gen AI tools, machine learning or large language models. Ability to read and analyze API documentation and integration specifications.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $79,000-$113,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
